Ty Dupuis, today`s owner of the Oregon-based Flying Pie Pizzeria restaurants, leads his team of pizza throwing experts. Ty is a gold medal winner in the `fastest pizza making` competition held annually at the Pizza Expo Pizza Olympics in Las Vegas. He can build a pizza in 17 seconds. Since his ownership of the Flying Pie Pizzeria, Ty has expanded his restaurant at the Portland Stark Street location and opened additional restaurants in Lake Oswego, Gresham (featuring the Academy Theater) and the newly opened Milwaukie location.
The Pizza Dough is homemade and hand-rolled daily. Fresh vegetables are cut and prepared each day, too. We use only 100% whole milk Mozzarella, Provolone and Romano Cheeses, and our meats are of the highest quality available. Our goal is to serve you the finest products in an enjoyable atmosphere.
